Terms of service

Effective Date: October 12, 2026

These Terms of Service describe the use of Eco-Friendly Plumbing, Inc.’s website and service-related communications, including our text-messaging program. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Eco-Friendly Plumbing, Inc.

Our website and communication tools allow customers to request information, discuss plumbing needs, request estimates, and arrange service.

Submitting an inquiry or service request does not, by itself, guarantee an appointment, a particular arrival time, or acceptance of a job. Service availability and appointment details must be confirmed through our scheduling process.

The scope of plumbing work, pricing, payment terms, warranties, and any applicable cancellation conditions will be stated in the estimate or service agreement for the specific job. These website terms do not replace that agreement or limit rights provided by applicable law.

Program name: Eco-Friendly Plumbing, Inc. Service Communications

When you separately opt in to receive text messages, you agree to receive service-related messages from Eco-Friendly Plumbing, Inc. at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, estimates, invoices, service updates, and customer support.

Some messages may be sent using automated technology. This program covers service-related communications; enrollment does not authorize unrelated promotional campaigns.

Simply visiting our website or providing a phone number without opting in does not enroll you in recurring text messages. Consent to receive texts is not required to purchase plumbing services.

Message frequency: The number of messages varies according to your inquiries, appointments, and services.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for information about your messaging plan and charges.

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to a text message from us. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will not receive further messages through this program unless you opt in again.

For help, reply HELP, email eco.plumbingca@gmail.com, or call (818) 748-6123. You may also contact us by email or phone to request removal from the text-messaging program.

Please notify us when your mobile number changes so we can update our records.

Message delivery may be affected by your mobile carrier, device, or network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely solely on a text message for urgent assistance.

We may use an AI receptionist or other automated tools to answer inquiries, collect service information, assist with scheduling, and route requests to our team.

Automated responses may contain errors and do not replace an on-site plumbing assessment. Contact our team to clarify information or request assistance from a person.

Our website, text messages, and automated assistants are not emergency-dispatch services. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact emergency services rather than waiting for a response through these channels.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information, including information processed through customer communications and automated tools.

Please review that policy for information about privacy choices and how to contact us with a privacy request.

Please provide accurate contact and service information when communicating with us. Do not use our website or communication tools for unlawful purposes, fraudulent requests, unauthorized access, or distribution of malicious software.

We may update these terms as our services or communication practices change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

An update to these terms does not, by itself, enroll you in text messaging or expand your messaging consent. We will obtain additional consent or provide additional notice when required.
